Let’s explore why “knowing” what you want to do is only half the battle, and “doing” things differently can feel like such a struggle, with some tips for successful habit change.
Making a change can be difficult. So much of what we do is habit, or associated with “who” we are, that even when we understand why it’s important to make a change for the better it can still feel like a struggle. So how can we support a new way of being until it becomes standard?
